I am excited to share that our team has begun building a personal track record in two sectors and has started to invest in core focus areas Over the next five years, our core focus will be on the medical industry, which aligns with my background, and infrastructure, including waste-to-energy, wastewater management, and technology applicable to multifamily real estate properties.

I am collaborating with various single-family offices in the medical sector known for successfully taking companies public. With the rapid growth of technology in healthcare, we believe this sector will yield significant results.

Regarding infrastructure, we are exploring real estate opportunities, as many single- and multi-family offices are looking to collaborate. Additionally, some of my international partners are keen on investing in U.S. real estate.

For information about waste-to-energy technology, please email me, and I'll share immediate resources with you. Lastly, as I transition into a more family-focused life, I will be traveling less but am open to taking on partners to cover areas where I cannot be present.

We are also allocating some time to the non-profit sector, especially those focused on women’s health and faith-based initiatives.
